Potato – 2.
Grated Cheese – 1 tsp.
pepper Cumin Powder – 1 tsp.
Corn flour – 1/2 cup.
Salt – to taste.
oil – 2 tbsp.
Few Coriender leaves


1 Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.

2 Add the grated cheese, pepper-cumin powder, corn flour, coreinder and salt.

3 Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.

4 Serve hot with tomato sauce.
