Bhindi (Ladyfinger) is the most common vegetable and liked by most of the people. If you are getting bored of it, here is the recipe with another variation where along with onion it’ll taste very different and nice.
4-5 small size onions
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
3 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp Red Chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chana masala
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
Wash bhindi and cut into small size
heat oil in a wok add onion and saute till transparent remove from oil set aside.
In the same oil, add cumin tomatoes chili, salt and turmeric and cook till oil separates.
Now add bhindi and chopped green chili and cook without cover and don t add water.
Add Kari and fried onion and mix well.
Cook for another 5 mins,be careful the color of okra couldn’t t be changed it should remain green not black.
Serve hot with chapati.
